Group Masterclass

Business operates in an ‘ever changing’ environment. If you are stuck without the time to dedicate to working on your business rather than in it – a group masterclass could be for you. Beyond Business Groups

Are you a solo business entrepreneur looking to improve your business?  Would you like a social outlet where you can talk business, drink coffee (or wine) and learn from, and with, like-minded people? 

Beyond Business Groups is a new type of business group.  Just like a book group but for business – locally based like-minded business owners get together each month to have fun, share, learn and take action on your business. In preparation for your meetings members receive monthly business modules with consolidated and contemporary information and tools.  Over the course of a year every aspect of your business will be reviewed.  By working in groups you gain collective wisdom and the opportunity to bounce ideas.

Strategic Facilitation

A facilitator makes it easy for a team of people to achieve a shared purpose.  Have you ever been part of a team day or planning session that felt like a waste of time?  Have you been part of a session where the facilitator pushes through the agenda and seems to miss what is really going on in the room? The process is one part of the equation with facilitation. Honed over years of practice I use a range of tools and methods to keep participants engaged, on track and to ensure you come out with the results you want.
